We appreciate personal touch given by Sanjay Kashyap.   A special big thanks  to Mr. Kashyap (Manager Front Office & his very cooperative Team) for making our home away from home in Manali.   Our stay was for 4 days in Manali. Out of which one day was left for us to explore the resort. The place is so huge, beautiful and self-sufficient (swimming pool, spa, skating area, discotheque, restaurants, gardens, indoor games, etc. ) in itself that you could be in the luxury of the modern well-equipped rooms and yet have the feel of the hills as soon as you peep out of the window or take a stroll in lawns. I must mention the cordial staff at Manuallaya because having to get your room cleaned or some packaged food cooked, just a ring away, is a blessing which a cleanliness freak foodie dreads. I would also like to mention that other guests are also up to the mark, living up to the sanctity of such a wonderful place which you would love to call your abode while in the Himalayas.  Food is great with many varieties of different food, menu changes daily so you don’t feel bored eating same food again n again.  It was an amazing stay in the resort. We stayed in the month of Feb-18. We were tired due to the long drive in that we had 8 hrs to Manali), but reaching this resort changed that feeling. Had booked thru the hotel website & Mr. Vaid, Pawan & Ravi helps me a lot. Our check in was a so warmth by Neema, Anu & Ajesh. It was cold as we landed there as it had rained. Our rooms were quickly allotted and we were extremely happy with the rooms as they were well appointed, spacious, neat n clean and most importantly with a great view. Had selected rooms with a balcony which has a direct view of the mountains. The view really made us forget all our tiredness of the trip. Food quality is amazing. The variety and quality is as good as you can get. They were always there to help even make anything specific. They are courteous, polite, very respectful and extremely attentive to your needs. Overall this is a great resort. The only reason to give it a 4.5 out of 5 is the little improvement required in the SPA & housekeeping. We booked 1 Twin room but they gave us Duplex room on top floor and really the view from this room was so beautiful, snow caped mountain & Beas river. Waaaooo!
